The Richmond Chinese Community Services brought in the Year of the Monkey in fine style on Saturday at Lansdowne Mall. And ROCA was there to help celebrate! While an exciting and entertaining selection of music and dance from around the world was performed on stage, ROCA members distributed information at our booth about our organization and our upcoming concerts.
