ROCA Outreach Initiatives

In the past, Richmond Orchestra offered an Elementary School Concert Series where musicians from the orchestra performed interactive concerts for students right in their own gymnasiums. This program strived to introduce classical music to students in an accessible way. Since its inception in 2013, ROCA delivered this program to 23 schools with an estimated 8,000 students in attendance.

In 2025, ROCA is reenvisioning what outreach looks like for our organization. We are excited about the possibilities. Stay tuned as developments are announced and implemented.
